Social Media Management VS Content Creation

These tend to get mixed up and I want to make sure when you see my prices you understand why they're set that way. Social media management includes making a posting schedule, posting the content, interacting as your brand on your pages, and running your account. Content creation is making the content which is TIME CONSUMING, to put it lightly. Depending on what you need me to make filming could take anywhere from minutes to a couple hours and that doesn't include editing time. Content creation includes coming up with ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and hashtags. Because of the skills and time required for content creation, those prices are set to reflect that.

ARC & Street Team Management VS Content Creation

Due to the same reasons given above, I limit the amount of content I create for an ARC & street team campaign. Managing the team and creating content are separate tasks. The content provided for a street team or arc team campaign include 3 countdown graphics, a release day graphic, and a team member graphic. If you pick the combo option, it's 3 countdown graphics, a release day graphic, an arc team graphic, a street team graphic, a trope or extra graphic of your choice.

The Fine Print

Books are not included.

I don't include the cost for your books in my fees, so if we work together I ask that you cover the cost for any book I need to make content for.

Content meaning any reels, Tiktoks, flat lays, and photos that need created. In addition, any art prints, maps, or merch will need to be covered

by the author. You might only need me to make content for one book, or 20, and it's simpler to take it one at a time.

Beta reading and content pulls are always separate from my full time fees.

Why? Well you might have me join your team and don't need either. I don't want you to pay for something you don't need. When I join your team as a full time PA, it's required that I read your books because I do my job best when I know your work, so that is factored into the cost. However, reading just to read learn your work, and doing a beta or content pull is completely different due to the time and skills needed. It takes me double the amount of time to read a book when I'm creating a content pull.

How do I price my services?

I know prices are relative and what seems like a lot to one person, is very little to another. When I first started out I wasn't completely sure what I should charge and I based it on the lower end of what I saw other's charging. What I quickly learned is it's not just your time but also your equipment, your software, your apps and subscriptions, your skills, etc. Often people see the final product and dont' consider that 15 second reel took 2 hours to make. I've spent an entire day on 6 graphics. I'm doing my best to balance what authors can afford, with making sure I'm not working for less than what my editing software and equipment costs me. I know money is icky but I hope you can underrstand as a people pleaser it hurt to type this answer.
